Project Overview
Our client approached us for a comprehensive update of their obsolete website, which was built on an outdated platform. Over the years, the brand had introduced new products and transformed their customer communication approach. They desired a unified platform to showcase their latest cutting-edge technologies and offer tools for guiding customers to nearby representatives.
My Contributions
I collaborated closely with my creative team to develop the project from scratch. My involvement spanned defining personas, crafting flow and wireframes, to producing final UI designs, animations, and interactive components.
Starting with the basics. Who, what and why.
We began the process with strategic planning, redefining the brand and its target audience. For user personas, we simply consolidated insights from years of direct client and customer interaction. These aspects then steered our project decisions seamlessly.
Defining the flow
Following this I advanced to constructing a comprehensive flowchart outlining the structure of the web experience. During this phase, we collaborated with the client to ensure their envisioned features were incorporated into the design. Clear communication was vital in ensuring their requirements were accommodated within the overall experience.
Wireframing
Once the flow was outlined and the required screens were determined, I moved on to crafting wireframes. This allowed me to dive into the intricacies of the user experience at a screen-specific level. A significant emphasis was placed on the unique FINB experience, which the client intended to use in marketing efforts to engage customers and convey essential product details.
Final Design
After the sitemap had wireframes completed for each page I proceeded with designing the final landing page and website design for desktop and mobile.
